THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.31942 of 2014 ORDER :
The case of the petitioners is that Smt Dandoo Padmavathi and Smt M.Narsamma are residing in a portion of the bunglow No.216. The portion in which they are living is in a dilapidated condition and required repairs. Therefore, the G.P.A., holder has submitted several representations to the Defence Estate Officer, and the Executive Officer of Secunderabad Cantonment Board, to grant permission to undertake repairs as it has become unviable to live.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submit that since the year 2011 the G.P.A. holder has been making representations. But so far no orders are passed on the said representations.
3. Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations stated to have been submitted by the G.P.A. holder on 10.07.2013, 12.11.2013 and 04.07.2014 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
