This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the case in Cr.M.P.No.6267 of 2016 in STC.No.2616 of 2013 dated 29.12.2016 pending on the file learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 07.02.2016 under the caption ?For Dismissal? Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.
3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed..
