Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Rasara, District Ballia fixing the pillar regarding the Gata No. 1053 area 0.061 within stipulated time.
Attention was drawn to annexure 6 that the proceedings have been finalized and only fixation of pillar remain on gata in question.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to complete the proceedings of fixing the pillars in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a self verified copy of this order and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
