ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 11.12.2015, vide Annexure-N. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is only just and appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.12.2015, vide Annexure-N and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
