The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision No.13 of 2000-2001 (Satish Chandra vs. Smt. Parmiya & Ors.) pending before the Board of Revenue may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.13 of 2000- 2001 (Satish Chandra vs. Smt. Parmiya & Ors.) be decided within a period of five months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
