1. Learned counsel Mr. Dhirendra Mehta is present before the Court and submitted that now he has instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioners instead of learned counsel Mr. P. J. Vyas. He submitted that he will file his appearance in this group of matters during the course of the day. He further submitted that, as the issue involved in the present petitions is also pending before the Honourable the Supreme Court by way of Special Leave Petition HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Sat Aug 06 03:15:04 IST 2016 SCA/10497/1999 2/2 ORDER No. 18525 of 2009, these matters may be adjourned till the outcome of the abovereferred Special Leave Petition.
2. The Registry is directed to show the name of learned counsel Mr.
Dhirendra Mehta instead of Mr. P. J. Vyas for the petitioners in this group of matters, on his filing Vakalatnama as aforesaid. 2.1 Considering the above aspect, it is ordered that these matters be listed on board on furnishing the note by the learned counsel for the petitioners after the final order to be passed by the Honourable Supreme Court in the abovereferred Special Leave Petition, which is pending before it.
