Despite time having been granted to the learned standing counsel to obtain instructions, he has not received the same, although more than 6 weeks have passed. He pray for and is granted a month's time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List this case immediately thereafter.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, as an interim measure, we direct that the parties shall maintain status-quo with regard to Gata Nos. 36 and 56 situated in Village Itauriya Ajitpur, Pargana and Tehsil Pooranpur, District Pilibhit till the next date of listing.
