JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Notice returnable on 26.07.2012. It is observed that no interim stay is granted at this stage against the implementation of the order for payment of the maintenance. However, the payment if any, shall be subject to the final order which may be passed by this Court. If any execution proceedings are pending, the same shall also go on and the recovery through executing court, if made, shall be subject to further orders of this Court.
