After arguing for some time, learned advocate Mr. Majmudar seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. However, he has stated that if a representation is made to the I.O. for necessary investigation with regard to the mobile phone call details and the mobile phone location, the same may be considered and investigated. It goes without saying that if such a representation is made, the I.O. will look into the matter on its own merits.
Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn at this stage without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. Rule discharged. D.S. Permitted.
