(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) This Court (Coram : Sonia Gokani, J.) on 28.03.2012 had passed the order issuing notice to the respondents including State Bank of India, NRI Division, Ahmedabad Main Branch, Bhadra at Ahmedabad.
The board shows that the respondent no.2 is served. However, nobody appears on behalf of respondent no.2. The presence of the Bank is required for two purposes; one is the exact amount available with the Bank in respect of FDR bearing Nos.745067 and 745068 including the interest accrued thereon and further question for disbursement of the amount may also be required to be taken into consideration.
Therefore, the Manager of SBI is directed to depute a responsible officer of the Bank with the aforesaid details and that officer may present the details before this Court or if the bank has engaged any advocate, then such details may be submitted through that advocate.
The aforesaid shall be on the next date which is fixed on 26.06.2012. The party-in-person shall serve the order upon the SBI, NRI Branch, Bhadra. D.S.
