Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that so far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he has already filed a representation dated 02.02.2021 before the respondents for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representation dated 02.02.2021 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, apprises to the Court that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided.
In the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can invoke the remedy as available in law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
