Heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the facts of the case, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioners is to raise industrial dispute between the competent Court in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Amreli Municipality v. Gujarat Pradesh Municipal Employees Union, 2004 (3) G.L.R. 1841. Hence, this petition is not entertained and is, accordingly, rejected. Notice is discharged.
