Supplementary affidavit, filed today, is taken on record.
The sole relief which is sought, invoking the jurisdiction of the Court conferred by Article 227 of the Constitution is to expedite the disposal of Suit No. 348 of 2013.
From the perusal of the record this Court finds no palpable error committed by the trial court which may warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution or to issue a peremptory direction as prayed for.
This more so since from the record it is not evident as to whether this particular suit is the oldest which is pending before the trial Judge or that there is an evident need for its disposal with expedition irrespective of the roster of the concerned Court. The petition is dismissed.
