Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the instant revision the discharge application under Section 245(2)/239 Cr.P.C. was rejected by order dated 10.07.2018.
I have gone through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order, accordingly, the application was rejected.
However, the applicants surrender before the court below by 21.11.2018 and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered and decided by both the courts below expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation the aforesaid application is disposed of.
