1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgement and order dated 02.09.1995 passed by Mr. S.C. Srivastava IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut, dismissing Criminal Appeal No. 7 of 1995 and affirming judgment and order dated 12.01.1995 passed by Sri A.K. Pathak, XIIth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut and modifying the sentence of appellant-revisionists. Revisionists- 1 and 2 have been convicted under Sections 332 and 353 IPC and sentenced each to undergo 6 months rigorous imprisonment and in default of payment of fine, they shall undergo two month simple imprisonment.. Revisionist-3 has been convicted under Sections 332 and 353 IPC and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- and 500/- and in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo two month rigorous imprisonment.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
