JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail which is granted by this Court vide an order dated 18.5.2012 so as to complete the construction work of his house, including that of having a well.
Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Patel, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted by order dated 18.5.2012 is extended on same terms and conditions for a period of 15 days.
Rule made absolute.
