Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 4126 of 2005 (State Vs. Sumant Lal and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 132 of 2001, under Sections 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., PS-Saraimeer, District- Azamgarh within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 4126 of 2005 (State Vs. Sumant Lal and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 132 of 2001, under Sections 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., PS-Saraimeer, District-Azamgarh in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
