1. This writ petition has been filed against the award of the Permanent Lok Adalat, Mathura dated 08.05.2017, by which the petitioner has been directed to grant electricity connection to the claimant by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Mathura.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that barring three permanent connections granted outside the unauthorized colony and two temporary connections granted inside the unauthorized colony there were no other connections in existence on the date of inspection made by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Mathura and therefore, the award suffers from material irregularity.
3. From the record it does not appear that the petitioner had raised such contention before the award dated 8.5.2017 was passed.
4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Permanent Lok Adalat, Mathura seeking recall of the same, if the argument made in the course of these proceedings, as noted above, arises.
