1. By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner seeks to amend the cause title in view of the fact that erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board has been bifurcated into several Companies and the present matter is of the applicant Company namely Daxin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd.
2. RULE.
Mr. Jani, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of the opponent-original respondent. With consent of the parties and considering the averments made in the application as well as considering the issue involved, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, the same deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant - original petitioner shall carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title forthwith.
