Rule.

Expedited. As the amount as directed by the authorities has already been deposited, the same shall be invested in a Fixed Deposit with a nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and shall be renewed from time to time till the pendency of this application.

Interim relief in terms of para 7 (B) is granted. The interest accruing on the said deposit shall be paid to the respondent workman.
