1. This petition is filed praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents no. 1 to 4 to take appropriate action under Payment of Wages Act and Industrial Disputes Act and further to direct the respondent no. 5 to pay 100% regular salary to the concerned workers and also to pay arrears of salary which was deducted from the salaries of the said workers.
2. Mrs. Pahwa, learned counsel for the petitioner has Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/6493/2012 ORDER submitted that the parties have settled their dispute out of court and settlement terms have been arrived at between the parties which is placed on record. She, therefore, stated that the matter is not required to be proceeded with on merits.
3. In view of the above, the parties are directed to abide by the settlement terms. This petition stands disposed of accordingly. Liberty to revive in case of difficulty.
