Mr.Bhavin Raiyani, learned counsel states that he has instructions to appear in the matter instead of Mr.Hardik S. Soni, as Mr.Soni became Assistant Government Prosecutor. Mr.Raiyani states that he will file his Vakalatnama for the appellant during the course of the day and has prayed for time.
