These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the notice issued by the R-2 dated: 11.07.2018 bearing PTCL No.07/2014-15 at Annexure-B in respect of the schedule land in respect of land bearing Sy.No.93/16 measuring two acre twenty three guntas of land situated at Belavatha Village, Kasaba Hobli, Mysore Taluk and District and etc.
These writ petitions, coming on for orders, this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER In these writ petitions the petitioners are questioning the order dated 11.07.2018 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure-B.
2. The learned Government Pleader has filed a memo along with the order dated 04.07.2019 passed by the second respondent withdrawing Annexure-B dated 11.07.2018.
3. In view of the withdrawal of the order, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions.
4. The memo is taken on record.
5. The writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, they are dismissed 6. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court on 21.12.2018 has directed the respondents to furnish the necessary documents which is sought by the petitioners.
7. In view of the above, if the petitioners submit any representations to the respondents requesting for the necessary documents, the same may be considered in accordance with law.
8. In view of the dismissal of the writ petitions nothing survives for consideration of impleading application.
