This writ petition was filed in the year 2011 seeking direction to remove an electric line drawn through the residential property of the petitioner to the house of the 5th respondent. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent that subsequent to filing of this writ petition the 5th respondent had consented for shifting of the line through some other route and the line has already been shifted on the petitioner depositing the requisite amount with the authorities of the KSEB. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the submission made on behalf of the 5th respondent it is presumed that no further grievance survives for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
