JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) Rule.
Learned APP, Ms. C.M. Shah, waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.
2. This application has been filed through jail by the applicant-convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of religious ceremony.
3. In view of the fact that temporary bail application of the wife of the applicant-convict is allowed, this application stands rejected. Rule is discharged.
