By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 32 days caused in filing Miscellaneous Civil Application (Stamp) No.3366 of 2011 whereby applicant seeks restoration of Second Appeal No.196 of 2011.
Heard Ms. Varsha Brahmbhatt, learned advocate for the applicant.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay of 32 days caused in filing the above referred miscellaneous civil application.
The application is, therefore, allowed. The delay of 32 days caused in filing Miscellaneous Civil Application (Stamp) No.3366 of 2011 is hereby condoned. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
Registry to give regular number to Miscellaneous Civil Application (Stamp) No.3366 of 2011 and list the same for hearing on 23.01.2012.
