JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Chetan K.Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate for the contesting respondents. Various contentions are raised from both the sides, one which needs to be mentioned is that as per the case of the respondent- authority ".....Eleven petitioners could not be appointed as they were over aged at the time of appointments....." Prima-facie this contention does not appear to be well founded.
List the matter for further hearing on 16th January,2013 for further consideration.
