This appeal has been listed for hearing as many as nine times. On all occasions, on one ground or the other, the matter has been adjourned at the instance of the learned advocate for the appellants.

Today, the matter was called out in the first session as well as in the second session. At both calls, the learned advocate for the appellants was not present. In the circumstances, it appears that the learned advocate for the appellants is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
