At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application, as the husband of the opposite party No. 2 has not been impleaded as the co-applicant. Prayer made for is allowed.
The application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh impleading the husband as co-applicant.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after obtaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
