Heard Mr. K.B. Pujara, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Neeraj Soni, learned A.G.P. for the respondent-authorities.
Learned A.G.P. has referred to the order of the Government dated 18.10.2001. Specific reference is made to paragraph-7 of that order. On that other hand, learned Advocate for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 28.9.1998, which was in furtherance of letter dated 12.5.1998. In the said letter reference is made to the statement showing the figures of the requirement of the candidates in different offices. The said statement is not on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent-authorities may place the said statement on record. Difference in the figures, if any, in the said statement and paragraph-7 of the Government resolution dated 18.10.2001, be also explained.
At the request of learned A.G.P., list the matter on 20th February, 2013.
