ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the authorisation of the petitioner for FP Shop No.3 in Renta Chinthala village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and capricious and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to restore the authorisation of FP Shop No.3 forthwith by dropping the enquiry …”
At the hearing, it has come out that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is identical to that raised in W.P.Nos.30148 of 2014 and batch, allowed by this Court today by a separate common order.
Following the same, this Writ Petition is also allowed with the direction that the reasons and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.39134 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
