ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents have been demanding electricity consumption charges more than the tariff stipulated by the A.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission only on the ground that the petitioner did not secure Occupancy Certificate from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties fairly conceded that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court in W.P.No.32906 of 2014, which was partly allowed by order dated 05.11.2014.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also partly allowed in terms of the order dated 05.11.2014 in W.P.No.32906 of 2014, with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50654 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
