JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Ankit Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that the petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the petition, therefore, permission to withdraw the petition may be granted. It is further submitted that the amount of rupees one crore, that was deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 03.05.2011 of this Court, may be directed to be returned to the petitioner.
Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the following order is passed:
The amount of rupees one crore deposited by the petitioner pursuant to order dated 03.05.2011 of this Court is directed to be returned to it, along with interest, if any, that may have accrued thereupon.
Subject to the above, permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Notice is discharged. The status-quo order, granted earlier, stands vacated.
