JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This Civil Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 28 days in filing MCA. MCA was filed for restoration of Tax Appeal which was dismissed since the Revenue could not remove the objections within the time permitted.
Looking to the averments made, delay is condoned. MCA may be given regular number. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
