This application has been filed with a prayer to prepone the date of listing of Special Civil Application No.212 of 2012.
The said petition was listed before this Court on 11-01-2012.
The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner was heard and the petition was directed to be listed for pronouncement/dictation of order on 23-01-2012.
Heard Ms.Megha Jani, learned advocate for the applicant. It is submitted by the learned advocate that the applicant is desirous of joining the Director, Department of Archaeology, Gandhinagar and the Collector, Jamnagar as party respondents to the petition. In view of the above, it is prayed that the listing of the petition be preponed form 23-01-2012 to an earlier date.
On 11-01-2012, after hearing the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, the Court had not been inclined to entertain the petition as the Director, Department of Archaeology, Gandhinagar and the Collector, Jamnagar had not been impleaded as party respondents.
No order has been pronounced in the petition so far as it was fixed for 23-01-2012. The applicant has moved the present application for preponement of the date of listing of the petition, on the ground that the applicant is desirous of joining the above named authorities, as party respondents.
In view of the averments made in the application, it is directed that the Special Civil Application No.212 of 2012 be listed on 20-01-2012.
The application is disposed of, as above.
