K.Chellammal ...Respondents PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the consolidated seniority list dated 30.12.2008 passed by the 1st respondent and the consequential order dated 3.3.2009 of the 2nd respondent vide his office proc.A.No.129/2008/C.No.735/09 dated 03.3.2009, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner by refixing the seniority of the petitioner over and above the immediate junior to the petitioner in accordance with the law.
