2. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that out of 15 witnesses, three witnesses were examined, including the defacto complainant, who is now no more.
3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, to raise all these grounds raised in the petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
