The petitioner is the aggrieved person in D.V.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar. She seeks for expeditious disposal of the case by the Trial Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the petitioner submitted written arguments way back in May 2014, D.V.C.No.13 of 2012 has not been disposed of so far. It is imperative to give priority to matrimonial disputes that arise before Criminal Courts such as proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act as well as under Section 125 Cr.P.C. I therefore deem it appropriate to request the Trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously.
3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of requesting the Trial Court to dispose of D.V.C.No.13 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
