ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings bearing Roc.K/2718/14, dated 25.11.2014, whereby he has issued show-cause notice to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Roc.No.K/2718/2014, dated 30.12.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has withdrawn the impugned show-cause notice.
In view of this subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.50252 & 50253 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
