On 4.9.2019, since learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that office objections were complied with, Registry was directed to verify the same. As the objections were partly complied with, again the matter is posted today for the sixth time for compliance of office objections.
2. Even today when the matter is called twice during the Pre-Lunch Session as well as in the Post- Lunch Session, none appears for the appellants nor there is compliance of office objections.
3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
