ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners herein is similar to the grievance considered by this Court in WP.No.22120 of 2014 and batch dated 05.09.2014. In view of that, therefore, both the learned counsel agree that this writ petition be disposed of reiterating the directions in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions in this case also.
Accordingly, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to implement the aforesaid order with respect petitioners herein.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
