JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 01.06.2017 and grant permission to him in order to conduct the cultural and adventure program and to give police protection which is scheduled to be held on 11.06.2017 in Sri Arulmiku Muthumariamman Temple, situated at Veeragan vattam Natrampalli Post, Natrampalli Taluk, Vellore District-635 852.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 01.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 11.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
4. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 09.06.2017.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
