JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint made by the third party, the petitioner's presence is required, but the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.

3. Such statement is stoutly refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent for several times.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 21.06.2017, on which date, the first respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and the petitioner shall not be harassed. With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
