Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for the records of the impugned order in Ref.No.Na.Ka.G1.9602/2017 dated 11.07.2017, but signed on 17.07.2017 on the file of the respondent No.4, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue D-Form to the petitioner.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and made endorsement to that effect. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty, as the school was already closed down and sealed on 21.07.2017. It is made clear that the respondent shall not permit the petitioner to reopen the school, unless all the conditions for granting permission to open the school are complied with by the petitioner.
3. Thus, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
