RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.34653 OF 2014 ORDER: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is summarily dismissed as it is not maintainable as the remedy of the writ petitioners to get the impugned Award set aside lies under the Provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and it is not a statutory prohibition for which some times Writ Court may entertain and it is not of that character.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.
In consequence, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
