The learned counsel for the petitioner has represented that he has not arrayed certain necessary parties and accordingly, sought the leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and file a fresh Writ Petition after rectifying that formal mistake.
Noting down the said submission, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to file a duly constituted fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
