This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Proceedings Rc.No.803/2006/A7 dated 10.9.2014 cancelling the permission accorded by the 1st respondent for installation of Additional Horizontal saw Band and Vertical saw band to the petitioner saw mill as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the constitution of India and consequently set aside the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Proceedings Rc. No. 803/2006/A7 dated 10.9.2014 in the interest of justice and pass”
The petitioner has made wholly inaccurate and incorrect averments regarding the relevant dates. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with proper and correct averments.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39150 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
