JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for striking of I.A.No.786 of 2015 in O.S.No.534 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel Mr.S.V.Jayaraman, appearing for the respondent submitted that there are two suits between rival parties in O.S.Nos.534 and 804 of 2015. The parties submitted that both the suits can be tried together by way of joint trial. The learned Senior Counsel also submitted that in that event, he is ready to withdraw I.A.No.786 of 2015, to which the learned counsel for the petitioners is also agreeable.
2. Accordingly, I.A.No.786 of 2015 shall be withdrawn and the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur is directed to take up both the O.S.Nos.534 and 804 of 2015 together and conduct a joint trial and dispose of the same within a period of six months from today. The parties are directed to complete pleadings and to corporate for the disposal of the suit within the time stipulated. Accordingly, a direction issued to the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of O.S.Nos. 534 and 804 of 2015 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
