D. Santhosh Kumar vs M.K.Jawahar

Madras High Court|20 November, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking to set aside the order of the trial court in rejecting the petitioners' request made under Section 311 Cr.P.C. is challenged in these petitions.
M.S. RAMESH.J., nl/aav
2. It is seen that the witnesses seek to examine the expert to give his opinion about the petitioners' signature in the cheque, which, signature had been admitted. It is submitted that the Trial court is about to pronounce the orders.
3. At this stage, I am of the view, it would not be appropriate to permit the petitioners to examine the signature of the cheque. I do not find any merits to interfere in the proceedings, at this belated stage.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petitions stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
