Order:
The limited grievance of the petitioner, whose authorization in respect of the fair price shop situated at G.Kottala Village was suspended and who has filed appeal before respondent No.2 against the said suspension order, is that respondent No.2 has not been disposing of the stay application stated to have been filed along with the appeal on 09-09-2014.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents submitted that the stay application filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2.
Respondent No.2 is, therefore, directed to pass appropriate order on the stay application filed by the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.37600 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
